I’ve been familiar with Jacks for over twenty years. When I realized I had brake and front end issues with my 07 Dodge Dually, I knew where to take it for service. They called me and let me know what they had diagnosed and what the cost was going to be and kept me informed as the work progressed. It’s hard to find HONEST shops these days and I believe I can count on Jacks to be fair and honest and trust them to do the job correctly!

All the guys were respectful and cool guys, but I took my truck into the shop on the east side to get an alignment. They did there inspection and told me I need the right outer tie rod replaced for my alignment. I told them go ahead and do it they did and told me after they replaced the tie rod that my wheels were to big for the rack so won’t even fit they told me it would fit on there rack at the jacks brake and alignment on river drive. So I got an alignment scheduled with them the next week. I take it in they do there inspection on river drive side and tell me that I need to replace all my upper control arms, all my tie rods, and all my ball joints needed replaced. Told me it would cost 1,200$. I said no pullout my truck. Took it a family mechanic who is mechanic in the military luckily he just got home. So got him to look at it and he told me all I needed was my ball joints replaced. Paid 250$ for ball joints and alignment. I mean that’s over a thousand dollars difference, so definitely got lied to by one of the shops, got two different results from each and WAYYYY different prices

I'm callIng BS on your reply to my review. It is possible, they make a caster/camber kit for the E450 chassis that takes minutes for you to install . If it isn't possible to achieve my request then why wasn't I called and I can make the decision, not you. I didnt want it "checked", that was known upfront by my request. Plus camber should of been taken out of it according to the sheets you gave me. Many people with this chasis have it done. It's kind of a must to keep it from wandering and to bring the steering back to center, I'm sure you know this with your 50 years of experience. I wasn't asking you to "fix" the suspension part of the rv. I am well aware of the upgrades, sway bars(I have), track bar, steering stabilizer, shocks( i have). I was trying to help it without spending 4000$ on upgrades. I have an appointment at another shop that says they can do it an. And I'll have to pay "again".

Had a great experience vehicle running super good never had any issues with them or their work always been a great experience with quality work and service. If you don’t want issues I recommend taking your vehicle to them you won’t be disappointed . More so if your back yard mechanic and other shop is not getting it right in work or estimates . These guys know their stuff . Stop wasting time and money only to have to find another shop they will get you issues taken care of the first time .Highly Recommend . Have had numerous different issues with different vehicles and they never disappointed me worth every penny if you want the job done right and the issues gone take it to them . best shop I have ever taken my vehicles too. Never had any issues don’t think twice you will wast money as wish u have .
